What Inspired Us To Build This?
Zero Guidance Available
We were fed up with wanting to build a business as loan officers, with no guides, resources or roadmaps. Every single thing we needed, we had to figure it out, and it took forever and through a lot of trial and error (and money)
No Mortgage Broker Company Specific Mentoring
There were plenty of “Coaches” who taught loan officers how to market, close more loans, and get focused (all important), but there was no one out there specifically helping mortgage brokers, who are small business owners, team leaders, community leaders
Lack of Personal Control
For us, success wasn't just numbers on a spreadsheet. It meant owning our journey, leading a skilled team, and taking accountability for every facet of the service we offer.
